Known for her fearless voice and real-world impact, Jihan has helped schools, companies, and communities reimagine what it means to lead with purpose and design with people at the core. With a foundation in entertainment and education — and a Master’s in Educational Leadership — she has shaped narratives from the classroom to corporate strategy sessions. Her PhD research centers Black digital culture, joy, and truth-telling as key design principles for a more just future.
